Diah Safiati Amurwani, AAAI-J, MSi, CRGP

Diah Safiati Amurwani has over 25 years of work experience in various roles related to human resources, administration, and compliance. Diah Safiati is currently working as the Head of Human Resources, GA, and Procurement Division at Sompo Insurance Indonesia since 2014. In this role, they oversee HR functions such as payroll, employee benefits, training and development, and recruitment. Diah Safiati also manages HRIS and talent management in collaboration with the regional headquarters and head office in Japan.

Diah also has experience working at PT Asuransi Allianz Life Indonesia from 1996 to 2003, where they served in roles such as Corporate Business Administration in the Group Life Insurance Division, Human Resource Development, and Personal Assistant to the Marketing Director. Diah Safiati'sresponsibilities included membership maintenance, customer servicing, organizing training programs, and providing administrative support.

Diah Safiati began their professional career as an Administration Officer at DAAD (Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst or German Academic Exchange Service) from 1994 to 1996.
