Gilang Hredaya

Gilang Hredaya's work experience begins with an internship at the Central Bank of Indonesia in 2013, where they conducted media monitoring. In 2016, they worked as a Business Development Staff at Mizuho, making reminder outbound calls to overdraft customers. From 2018 to 2019, Gilang worked at Equity Life Indonesia as a Corporate Strategy Officer, providing sales performance reports and insights. They also worked as a Strategic Project Officer at the same company from 2019 to 2021, performing market research and analyzing sales performance. In 2021, Gilang took on the role of Fintech Strategy and Operations at Ula, where they prepared and maintained customer transaction data. Currently, Gilang is working as a Corporate Planning Supervisor at Sompo Insurance Indonesia, where they conduct industry and market research.

Gilang Hredaya completed a Master of Science Management degree in Strategic Management from the University of Indonesia from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Economics degree in Management from the same university from 2010 to 2015. In 2013, they also briefly studied International Business at Korea University. Additionally, Gilang has earned certifications in Fundamental SQL with Select Statement from DQLab in June 2020 and Scrum Master 1 from Ekipa Agile Consultancy in December 2019.
