Nova Maria Polana

Nova Maria Polana has a strong background in HR, legal, and organizational development. From 2014 onwards, they worked at PT Topindo Atlas Asia as the Head of HRGA & Legal Division, responsible for various tasks including creating operational policies, ensuring compliance with government regulations, managing legal matters, maintaining company remuneration and appraisal systems, and overseeing general affairs needs. Nova Maria Polana completed their Associate's degree from Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Komunikasi dan Sekretari Tarakanita (STARKI) from 1992 to 1995.
