Sony Djuhansjah

Sony Djuhansjah is an experienced professional in customer support and training management, currently serving as the Customer Support Manager at PT Trakindo Utama since April 2021. Previously, Sony held various roles at the same company from December 1993 to January 2020, including 6Sigma Black Belt, Learning and Development Manager, Training Manager, Training Supervisor, Senior Instructor, Instructor, and Technician. The responsibilities included strategic design to align business objectives with organizational and people development, as well as managing training processes to enhance employee competency. Sony holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Indonesia and a Diploma in Energy Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung, along with secondary education from SMAN 3 Bandung.
