Prima Satya Kurniawan is currently working as the Learning & Culture for PT. United Family Food. Prior to this, Prima worked as an Education & Training Executive at TIENS and as a Staff Skill And Development at PT Kazeto Putra Perkasa. Prima's background also includes experience as a Project Editor at Media Televisi Indonesia, PT and as an Internship Creative at MNC Media. Prima graduated from universitas budi luhur with a degree in S.Ikom, broadcast journalism. Throughout Prima's career, key responsibilities have included delivering training, evaluating programs, managing schedules, and creating engaging events to enhance employee engagement and understanding of company culture.
