Nick Holmes

Nick Holmes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources, learning, and employee experience. Currently serving as Vice President of Learning & Culture and Vice President of Employee Experience at Avalere Health since October 2023, Nick has previously held senior roles at Fishawack Health from May 2021 to October 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing employee experience and global career development. Prior to Fishawack Health, Nick was the Head of Human Resources at Distrelec Group and the Global Head of Learning & Development at Magic Memories. Educational credentials include a Master of Laws in Employment Law from the University of Leicester, CIPD Level 7 HR Management, and a Bachelor's degree in Performance for Live and Recorded Media from Teesside University.
