William has a history of working in various companies in different roles. William started their career in 2013 as an IT Manager at S.E.S and worked there until 2015. Then, they worked as a Web System Administrator at HIPPO TECHNOLOGY SDN. BHD. from 2015 to 2017. After that, they joined Arit 株式会社 as a System Engineer in 2017 and stayed until 2018. Currently, they are working as the Chief Operating Officer at PT Usaha Kreatif Indonesia, a position they have held since December 2018.

William has a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Informatics Education Ltd. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Google Project Management from Coursera in May 2022 and in The Strategy of Content Marketing from Coursera in May 2022.
