Hendra Lesmana started their career in 2010 as an Agent Call Center at PT.Mitracomm Ekasarana and then moved on to become a PIC Agent & Blackberry team member in the same company. In 2012, they joined PT Mitracomm Ekasarana as an Operations Supervisor before transitioning to PT VADS Indonesia in 2013. At PT VADS Indonesia, they started as a Team Leader for AXIS - XL before being promoted to Operations Supervisor and then Assistant Manager Operations. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Operations at PT VADS Indonesia.
Hendra Lesmana Nugraha attended Bina Sarana Informatika from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained a D3 degree in Broadcasting. In addition, they have obtained certifications such as "Coaching for Results," "Root Cause Analysis: Getting to the Root of Business Problems," "The Art of Leadership (getAbstract Summary)," and "COPC Inc. HPMT Certified Professional Manager."
