Varanova Libels Percinka is an experienced training consultant and educator currently serving as Supervisor of Training and People Development at PT. Wook Global Technology since October 2018. In this role, Varanova specializes in identifying skills and knowledge gaps, developing instructional materials, and organizing engaging learning activities utilizing various training methods such as e-learning and coaching. Concurrently, since December 2013, Varanova has been a Trainer at Telkom Indonesia, focusing on enhancing employee skills and job effectiveness while collaborating with employers to address organizational needs. Varanova holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Wahid HasyimSMG, having completed studies there from 2009 to 2013, and attended Kesatrian 2 High School from 2005 to 2008.
