Rinda Devi Indriyana began their work experience in 2015 as a Production Operator at MURAMOTO ELEKTRONIKA INDONESIA, PT. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Payroll Support at PT. Saksama Trading Co - ABS Payroll, where they were responsible for supporting payroll processing, handling BPJS Healthcare and Manpower reports, managing SIPP BPJSTK, and overseeing termination and registration for BPJS Healthcare. In 2019, they joined Panin Dubai Syariah Bank as a Payroll & Operations Officer, where they managed the entire payroll process, handled insurance and incentives calculations and payments, and took charge of tax processes. Lastly, they worked at PT Xsis Mitra Utama starting in 2020 as an HR Administrator, where they maintained the employee database, managed BPJS healthcare and manpower, handled new employee administration, oversaw leave administration and correspondences, and managed HR documentations.

Rinda Devi Indriyana earned their Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya, completing their studies from 2015 to 2019. Additionally, they obtained the certification "Memahami Aturan Ketenagakerjaan Sesuai UUCK & PP 35/2021" from ManajemenSDM.net in January 2022. In July 2012, they also obtained the International Computer Drivers License (ICDL) certification from AGICT (Al zaytun Global Information and Communication Technology).
