Meredith Sanders

Meredith Sanders, SHRM-CP, currently serves in Business Operations & People at Twelve Labs since May 2024, contributing to the development of advanced AI technology. Co-owner and General Manager of M.A.D.E. Nashville since June 2023, Meredith also held the position of Head of People and Culture at Novi from January 2021 to May 2023, where the focus was on sustainable product development. Previous roles include Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition & Management at SocialSurvey and various positions at Eventbrite from July 2014 to April 2020, where responsibilities expanded from Recruiting Coordinator to Head of Global Talent Operations. Earlier experience includes significant customer service and management roles at SESAC and Clear Channel Radio. Meredith holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic Media Communication and English from Middle Tennessee State University.
