Scott Jarratt

Scott Jarratt is an experienced Intellectual Property Attorney and Partner at Haynes and Boone, LLP, a position held since November 2009. In addition to this role, Scott serves as a Director on the Board of Directors for the PTAB Bar Association® since March 2022. Prior to these roles, valuable experience was gained as a Software Engineer at IBM from 2003 to 2006. Scott holds a Juris Doctor degree from SMU Dedman School of Law, obtained between 2006 and 2009, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Notre Dame, earned from 1999 to 2003.
