Alexandra Young

Alexandra Young is an experienced professional in client experience and facilities management, currently serving as Client Experience Lead at PTC Therapeutics, Inc. since January 2021. Prior to this role, Alexandra held various positions at JLL, including Soft Services Manager and Sr. Facilities Coordinator, where responsibilities encompassed budget preparation, operational reporting, vendor relations, and process improvement.
