David Lopes

David Lopes has extensive experience in IT service management, currently serving as Associate Director of End User Services - Service Desk at PTC Therapeutics, Inc. since November 2018, following a previous role as Sr. Manager in the same department. Before joining PTC Therapeutics, David was the Service Desk Manager at IFF from May 2002 to November 2018, and began a career in technology as a Service Desk Analyst at Telcordia Technologies from 1999 to 2001. David holds a Diploma in Computers and Communication Engineering from DeVry University, where studies in computers and communications technology were completed from 1997 to 1999.
