Mark Wilding currently serves as the VP & Head of Global Customer Transformation at PTC since February 2023, and has held the position of Vice President of Global Customer Transformation at ServiceMax since November 2021, where responsibilities include leading a team of industry experts to support customer transformation journeys. Previous experience encompasses various leadership roles at Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence, where Mark managed global aftermarket strategies, and earlier positions in supplier development and operations at notable companies such as Airbus Industries, Doncasters, British Energy, Rolls-Royce, and TRW Lucas Aerospace. Mark obtained an education at Cranfield School of Management from 2015 to 2016.
