Dave Hauge has over 20 years of professional experience in the IT and government consulting fields. Dave began their career in 1999 as a Senior Consultant at BearingPoint, where they provided business development activities for the Federal Capture Team, Secure Access and Identity Management Team, smart card, PKI and biometric opportunities. In 1999, they also worked as a Real Estate Analyst at Meyers Group, where they collected and analyzed residential subdivision data in the greater Washington DC metro area. In 2004, they joined Booz Allen Hamilton as an Associate, where they managed a program management artifacts analysis team for the VA BPEO and led the consolidated budget execution process and spreadsheet tool development for the VA BPEO’s IT portfolio of $200M. From 2009 to 2015, they worked at the US Department of Health and Human Services as a Program Manager/IT Specialist in the Office of Security and Strategic Information (OSSI) and the Cybersecurity Program. During this time, they developed, managed and executed the HHS OSSI budget, briefed the HHS Service and Supply Fund Board, and provided full budget, financial lifecycle, and IT lifecycle analysis. In 2018, they joined Oxford Government Consulting as a Senior Associate, where they were an IT Investment Management (ITIM) Program Manager for the Department of Labor’s (DOL) Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) team. In 2019, they became the Vice President at PTG International, Inc., where they lead PTG's Federal IT line of business and drives new business initiatives while developing positive working relationships with customer touch points.

Dave Hauge has a diverse educational background. Dave attended Holy Name Central Catholic High School from 1991 to 1995 and obtained their high school diploma. Dave then pursued a BA in Finance at The Catholic University of America from 1995 to 1999. Afterward, they completed an MBA in Management at The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School from 2005 to 2009. Additionally, they have obtained four certifications: a Certified Technology Business Management (TBM) Executive from the TBM Council in October 2018, a Kirkpatrick Four Levels of Evaluation - Bronze Level Certificate from Kirkpatrick Partners, LLC in November 2015, a Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute in July 2009, and a Contracting Officer's Representative - Level III from the Federal Acquisition Institute in February 2012.
