Daniela Martos has been working in the customer service industry since 2012. Daniela started their career as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at LasikPlus. In 2015, they moved to ATAGO U.S.A., Inc. where they served as an Inside Sales Representative. In this role, they were responsible for making 300 cold and follow-up calls weekly, keeping close relationships with each direct customer, and assisting with answering questions on high-end equipment. In 2016, they joined N3 as an Inside Partner Development Manager - Microsoft OCP and Business Development Representative. Daniela then moved to AG Consulting Partners, Inc. in 2018, where they worked as a Microsoft FastTrack Customer Success Targeting Manager. Currently, they are a Customer Success Manager at PTO Exchange.

Daniela Martos began their educational pursuits in 2010, when they earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from UC Blue Ash College. Daniela then attended the University of Cincinnati, graduating in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Communication, General.
