Lisa Schneider

Lisa Schneider has over a decade of experience in customer service and management roles, currently serving as a Provider Service Representative at PTPN since August 2011. In this position, Lisa is responsible for credentialing and re-credentialing therapy offices, conducting primary source verification, and facilitating communication between managed care contracts and therapy offices. Prior to this role, Lisa worked at Borders from May 2006 to August 2011, where responsibilities included managerial oversight, inventory processing, and ensuring high standards of customer service. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University, Northridge, obtained in 2008.
