Ittipol Narkbenjaporn has a comprehensive background in legal affairs, with expertise in foreign investment in Thailand. Ittipol began their legal career as a Lawyer at Kiattitham Law Office, handling investment applications and commercial contracts. Ittipol then joined Deloitte as a Senior Associate, focusing on corporate and commercial matters, particularly in foreign direct investment. Ittipol then worked at DLA Piper as a Senior Associate, providing legal solutions for multinational companies operating in Thailand. Their recent responsibilities included acquisitions for various industries such as solar farms, pharmaceutical companies, automotive companies, shipbuilding agreements, and international schools. Currently, Ittipol serves as the Vice President of the Corporate and Operations Legal Division at PTTEP, where they provide legal advice for the company's global operations, manages dispute resolutions, and establishes standardized procurement contracts.

Ittipol Narkbenjaporn completed a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree in Law from Thammasat University in the years 1995 to 1999. Later on, they pursued further education at the University of Melbourne, obtaining a Post Graduate Certificate in Australian Legal Systems in the year 2002. In the following year, they completed a Master of Electronic Laws degree from the same institution.
