Alexandr Talpa

Alexandr Talpa is an experienced professional in customer support and management, currently serving as a Global Escalations Coordinator and Manager at PTW since January 2017. Alexandr manages a global escalations team addressing legal complaints and leads a distributed group of 22 Tier 3 representatives to ensure high-quality customer experiences. Previous roles at PTW include Team Manager and Customer Support Supervisor, where Alexandr demonstrated strong coaching and problem-solving skills. Prior to PTW, Alexandr held positions such as Sourcing & Supply Chain Manager at Maltel Plus JSC and Credit Officer at Moldindconbank, developing expertise in supply chain management and corporate client relations.
