Justin Phass

Justin Phass has a strong background in business development and sales, with extensive experience in the gaming and entertainment industry. Justin has held leadership positions at various companies, including PTW, Testronic, Technicolor Games, and GlobalStep. Prior to that, they worked at Lionbridge, Game On (studio), and TopLine Claims Services. Justin'searlier roles include working as a Business Development Manager and QA Test Lead at VMC, as well as a Public Claims Adjuster at Five Star Claims Adjusting. Justin started their career as an Assistant Manager at Cooper & Cooper Real Estate.

Justin Phass attended Cardinal Gibbons HS from 1996 to 2000 and obtained a High School Diploma. Justin later attended Concordia University from 2012 to 2014, where they studied English Language and Literature/Letters.
