Alexander Donovan

Alexander Donovan is a professional with a diverse background in public affairs and policy communications. Currently serving as Manager of Public Affairs and Policy Communications at the Public Affairs Council since April 2022, Alexander previously held positions as Practice Associate at Latham & Watkins and Business Development Analyst at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development from May 2019 to July 2020. Additionally, Alexander gained experience as a Legislative Intern for Congressman C.A. Ruppersberger at the U.S. House of Representatives in the summer of 2018. Alexander holds a Master's degree in Global Risk from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations with a minor in Marketing and Communications from The Johns Hopkins University. Education was completed at Iona Preparatory School from 2010 to 2014.
