Oleg Nagornyi

Oleg Nagornyi has a diverse work experience in the field of technology and broadcasting. Oleg currently holds the position of Deputy Chief Technology Officer at the Public Broadcasting Company of Ukraine. Prior to this role, they were the Chief Technology Officer at Digital Screens LLC, where they focused on improving IT and broadcast infrastructure and developing IT strategies for optimizing operations. Oleg also served as the Head of the TV department at the same company, where they reorganized the department and managed IT and TV infrastructure. Before that, Oleg worked as a Senior administrator of streaming systems and data encryption, overseeing the construction and development of the OTT platform and the integration of DRM systems. Oleg started their career as a Lead System Administrator at TV Broadcasting Company "Studio 1+1", managing IT and broadcast infrastructure. Oleg also worked as a System Administration Specialist at Telekanal "Ukraina", where they focused on infrastructure production and content management, and as a Senior System Engineering at ISTIL Telecom Ukraine LLC, managing IT and TV infrastructure in production studios.

Oleg Nagornyi completed their education with a Specialist degree in Enterprise Management from KNUBA from 2004 to 2007. Prior to that, they studied at Kiev Technical College of Radioelectronics from 2000 to 2004 and earned a Specialist degree in Computer Systems Design.
