Jim Popp

Jim Popp is the President and Founder of University Instructors, which was acquired by Public Consulting Group. Jim serves as the Manager of Educational Partnerships at PCG, working to support education initiatives in the US and internationally. Jim has a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Marketing from the University of Richmond and a High School Diploma from DESMET JESUIT HIGH SCHOOL.
