Paul Wertheim has over 16 years of work experience in various roles. Paul began their career at UCSD, Dept of Computer Science as a Teaching Assistant from January 2003 to April 2004. Paul then worked as an Engineering Analyst at Pacific DataVision for a short period from March 2005 to June 2005.

From August 2005 to May 2011, Paul worked at Accenture as a Consultant specializing in project management and development. Paul handled multiple teams and locations, focusing on software development and quality assurance. During this time, they worked with various clients on projects such as the Arizona Department of Revenue Integrated Tax and Warner Brothers' Emmy-award winning Digital End-to-End system.

In June 2011, Paul joined Public Consulting Group (PCG) as a Director. Paul managed a team of IT professionals and played a crucial role in expanding the Arizona market, adding 7 new clients.
