Terra Stein is a Salem native and graduate of Sprague High School. She received a Bachelor of Science with Magna Cum Laude Honors in Community Crime Prevention with a minor in Sociology from Western Oregon University in 2009. While completing her degree, she worked as a Special Projects Facilitator for Salem-Keizer School District’s Safe Schools Healthy Students program and was a group worker at Marion County Juvenile Detention.
After an 11-year career as a 911 Calltaker and Communications Training Officer, she became a licensed private investigator and joined PDMC in 2019. Terra believes in fighting to uncover and document the truth.
