Anne-Marie Lowe

Anne-Marie Lowe has held various leadership roles within the Canadian health sector since June 2018, currently serving as Manager of the Outbreak Management Division and Co-Director of the Canadian Field Epidemiology Program at L’Agence de la santé publique du Canada. Prior experience includes managing the Substance Related Harms Division and serving as an Epidemiologist in the Division de la gestion des éclosions. From January 2009 to June 2018, Anne-Marie was the Chief of Operations at the COVID-19 Emergency Coordination Centre at the Institut national de santé publique du Québec, with additional roles as a Scientific Advisor in zoonoses. Anne-Marie has also contributed as a Freelance Journalist for Perspective infirmière and worked as a Dragon Boat Trainer at H2Oplayground. Educational qualifications include a DESS in Environment, Health and Disaster Management, an M.Sc. in Biomedical Sciences with a focus on Epidemiology, and a B.Sc. in Biology, all obtained from prominent Canadian universities.
