Danielle Halloran has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Danielle began their career with Hydro Ottawa as a Communications Assistant from 2007 to 2009. In 2009, they joined PWGSC as a Business Development Assistant for a brief period. From 2009 to 2015, Danielle worked at the Canadian Institutes of Health Research in various roles, including Program Delivery Assistant, Program Delivery Coordinator, and Evaluation & Quality Control Officer. In 2015, they joined the Canada Border Services Agency as a Policy, Planning, and Performance Officer. Since 2016, Danielle has been working at the Public Health Agency of Canada, where they have held several positions, including Policy Analyst, Sr. Policy Analyst, and Team Lead. Danielle'sareas of expertise include strategic policy, partnership and governance, infectious disease and climate change, horizontal policy, and stakeholder policy.

Danielle Halloran completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree with Joint Honours in Psychology/Linguistics from the University of Ottawa between 2003 and 2007. Danielle then pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree with a specialization in Conflict Studies - Systemic Barriers to Indigenous Health at Saint Paul University from 2007 to 2009. Most recently, in 2022, they obtained a certificate in Behavioral Design for Health from Irrational Labs.
