Kathleen Oliver

Kathleen Oliver is an experienced professional in public policy and health administration, currently serving as Manager in the Office of Strategic Directions at the Public Health Agency of Canada since March 2021. Previously, Kathleen held positions including Senior Advisor in the Office of the President at the same agency, Analyst in the Social Policy Division at Finance Canada, and Senior Strategic Policy Analyst at the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. Kathleen's career also includes experience as Team Lead in the Policy Division at the Public Health Agency of Canada, Policy Analyst at Human Resources and Skills Development Canada, and Senior Issues Coordinator at the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care. Kathleen holds a Master of Public Administration from Queen's University and a Bachelor of Arts in Canadian Studies and English Literature from McGill University.
