Armando Arredondo

Armando Arredondo, PHR, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Director-Operations at Heluna Health since September 2017. Prior to this role, Armando held various positions at PHFE Public Health Foundation Enterprises, including HR Manager - Operations and Human Resources Supervisor, from February 2012 to April 2021. Armando's earlier career includes roles as National Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Generalist at Public Health Foundation Enterprises from November 2005 to February 2012, as well as HR Coordinator and HR Assistant at Aspen Education Group between January 2003 and November 2005. Armando holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Human Resources Management from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and an Associate of Science in Accounting from Chaffey College.
