Lauren Pacillas

Lauren Pacillas is an experienced Human Resources professional with a comprehensive background in human resources roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Heluna Health since September 2022, Lauren has previously held similar positions at Apex Logistics International and the South Bay Workforce Investment Board. Additional experience includes roles as a Human Resources Coordinator at People Assisting The Homeless (PATH) and The Guidance Center, as well as a Human Resources Assistant at Community Legal Aid SoCal. Lauren's career began in customer service as a Guest Services Specialist at The Annenberg Space for Photography and a Front Desk Coordinator at GoodFolk Hair + Skin. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from California State University-Sacramento and an Associate of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Long Beach City College.
