Phylis Dougherty

Phylis Dougherty is an experienced clinician currently serving as a clinician for the County of Santa Clara CICT Project at Heluna Health, focusing on COVID-19 case management since July 2020. Phylis holds a board member position at Kingdm Technology Inc for Blizzfull, an online ordering system for restaurants, since November 2013. Previous experience includes serving as the Lead LTSS RN Case Manager for the Cal MediConnect program at Anthem Blue Cross from June 2017 to July 2018, where Phylis facilitated case management for the LTSS population and implemented new care programs. Phylis also worked as a Transitional Case Manager at Anthem Blue Cross from February 2015 to July 2018, assisting members transitioning from inpatient to home settings, and served as an RN Case Manager at Bay Area Pain & Wellness Center from March 2013 to December 2014.
