Daisy J. has work experience in various research assistant and research associate roles. In 2018, they worked at the Indian Institute of Public Health in Hyderabad as a Junior Research Associate from August to September, and as a Research Assistant from January to March. During 2018 to 2019, they also worked at the Centre for Sustainable Agriculture as a Research Assistant from October 2018 to August 2019. Since 2019, Daisy has been working at the Public Health Foundation of India (PHFI) as a Research Assistant.

Daisy J. completed their Bachelor's degree in Nursing from Jawaharlal Institute Of Postgraduate Medical Education And Research (JIPMER) in the years 2011 to 2015. Following that, they pursued a Master of Public Health (MPH) from the Indian Institute of Public Health, Hyderabad, from 2016 to 2017. In 2019, Daisy obtained a certification in "Stanford Introduction to Food and Health" from Coursera. Daisy acquired further knowledge in Nutrition and Health Education by pursuing a Diploma from Indira Gandhi National Open University during the period of 2022 to 2023. Prior to these higher education experiences, Daisy attended Kanikkamatha CEMGHSS, Palakkad, Kerala from 2003 to 2010 for their secondary education and St. Thomas CEMHSS, Palakkad from 1996 to 2003 for their primary education.
