Kriti Shukla has a diverse range of work experience in the field of public health and disability services. Their most recent role was as a Research Associate at the Public Health Foundation of India (PHFI), where they focused on eye health research and analysis. Prior to this, they worked as a Consultant Occupational Therapist and Independent Consultant at various organizations, including Third World Network and the National Health Systems Resource Centre. Kriti also has experience working with the Government of India on initiatives related to early intervention and comprehensive rehabilitation programs for children with disabilities. Additionally, Kriti has worked with the Government of Odisha, Ramakrishna Sarada Sevashram, ICCO, Vimhans Hospital, and Govind Ballabh Pant Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education & Research in different capacities, gaining expertise in areas such as health project coordination, inclusive development, and clinical therapy.

Kriti Shukla completed their Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy (BOT) from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University between 2007 and 2012. Kriti then pursued a Master of Arts (MA) in Disability Studies at Tata Institute of Social Sciences from 2013 to 2015.

In terms of additional certifications, Kriti obtained certifications in various subjects from different institutions. Some of these certifications include "Community based research: getting started" from American University of Beirut UCL in August 2022, "Dementia inclusive hospitals through universal design approach" from Trinity College Dublin in August 2022, "Global disability: Research and Evidence" from London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, U. of London in August 2022, and "Global Blindness: planning and managing eye care services" from London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, U. of London in May 2022. Kriti also holds certifications in "Exercise prescription for the prevention and treatment of disease" from Trinity College Dublin in February 2022, "Big Data Analytics" from Griffith University in September 2020, and "Eliminating Trachoma" from London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, U. of London in August 2020, among others.
