Caitlin Gutierrez is an experienced public health professional currently serving as a Public Health Nurse with Public Health Madison and Dane County since October 2018, specializing in Nurse-Family Partnership as a nurse home visitor. PHMDC is increasing its focus on working with the community to address the root causes of disease and illness by focusing on policy, systems, and environmental changes.
