Katie Rubinstein has a diverse work experience in the field of early childhood education and public health. Katie started their career at Caring People Alliance in 2000, where they worked as a County Specialist and later became a Designator Supervisor. In 2010, they joined Public Health Management Corporation as a Keystone STARS Coordinator and then moved on to become a Keystone STARS Manager in 2013. Currently, they are the Director of Quality Initiatives, Early Childhood Education at Public Health Management Corporation. Throughout their career, Katie has demonstrated a commitment to improving quality in early childhood education.
Katie Rubinstein holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from Penn State University and a Master of Education (MEd) degree in Early Childhood Education from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
