Camille Tinder has a diverse work experience that spans several industries and roles. Camille began their career as a Donations Intern at Housing Works in 2011 before transitioning to a Care Partner at Renewal Care Partners in 2012. In 2013, they worked as a Public Health Intern and later as a Public Health Associate at the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. Camille then became a Social Work Intern at The Bronx Defenders in 2014, where they co-facilitated support groups, advocated for clients, provided counseling, and conducted research on attachment theory. In 2016, they served as a Research Intern at Planned Parenthood Federation of America and as a Social Work Intern at The Institute for Family Health. Currently, Camille is working at Public Health Solutions, where they have held the role of Program Manager of Maternal Child Health from 2017 to 2022 and currently serves as the Director of Maternal Child Health Services.

Camille Tinder has a Master's of Public Health (MPH) from Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health, with a field of study in Population & Family Health. Camille also holds a Master's of Science in Social Work (MSSW) from Columbia University, specializing in Advanced Clinical work. Camille obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Community Health, with a minor in Cultural Anthropology, from Hunter College. Additionally, they completed a Study Abroad program at Université Paris-Sorbonne. Camille is a Registered Yoga Teacher from Laughing Lotus and has additional certifications as a Certified Lactation Counselor from the Academy of Lactation Policy and Practice, as well as a Restorative Yoga Teacher certification from Laughing Lotus Yoga Center.
