Tatyana Kogan

Tatyana Kogan is an experienced project manager currently leading the Benefits Access Partnership at Public Health Solutions, where responsibilities include managing a cohort of community-based organization partners to enhance access to public benefits for underserved New Yorkers. Previously, Tatyana held the position of Manager of Employment Services at NADAP, focusing on improving employment service efficiency and supervising staff. Tatyana has also served as Resettlement Coordinator at HIAS, overseeing case managers and developing program reports, and has coordinated programs as Managing Coordinator at NYANA. Tatyana started the career in social services as a Coordinator at FEGS, managing staff performance and client services. Tatyana holds a Master of Science degree in Systems Engineering from Odessa State University.
