Liz Murrall

Liz Murrall is an experienced board member and leader in the field of accounting and governance, currently serving on the UK Endorsement Board and as Chair of the Nominations Committee for the Public Interest Oversight Board. With a notable role in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea's Audit and Transparency Committee, Liz contributes expertise in governance and risk management. Formerly, Liz held significant positions including Non-Executive Director at Cranmer Court, member of the US Public Company Accounting Oversight Board's Standing Advisory Group, and Non-Executive at the Financial Reporting Council, where leadership extended to chairing the Corporate Reporting Council. Liz has played a key role at the Investment Association and served on the University of Sussex's Audit Committee. Educated at the University of Southampton and having qualified as a FCA with ICAEW, Liz Murrall combines a strong academic background with extensive practical experience in financial oversight and strategic governance.
