Judy Song-Marshall

Chief Strategy Officer at Public Interest Registry

Judy brings more than twenty-five years of marketing expertise to PIR and over eleven years of domain name industry experience. She began her career as a marketing intern in the non-profit space at the People for the American Way promoting free expression. Interestingly, she worked at Public Interest Data Incorporated helping non-profits with their fundraising efforts in the 1990s. She worked in the marketing departments at MCI and AOL and then joined Neustar and our industry in 2007.

Over her diverse career at Neustar, she managed marketing for several products including Registry Services, including launching .NYC. and rebranding the .us ccTLD. Most recently she oversaw the Policy, Industry Affairs, and Compliance teams. She was the policy manager and contracting officer for the .us ccTLD and served as the Secretariat of the usTLD Stakeholder Council.

Judy currently sits on the ICANNWIKI Board and is the former Treasurer and board member of The Domain Name Association.
