Saerin Ally Cho

Saerin Ally Cho currently serves as Chief Legal Officer for Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) and holds the position of Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of San Diego School of Law, where Saerin teaches in-house corporate counseling. Saerin is actively involved in several professional organizations, including the Society for Corporate Governance, ACC San Diego, and WGCN, and chairs the Board of Directors for the Public Interest Registry. Previous roles include General Counsel at Digital Green and Chief Eligibility Counsel & Deputy General Counsel at TechSoup. Saerin's educational background includes a J.D. and an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of San Diego School of Law, as well as dual B.A. degrees in International Studies and Criminology, Law and Society from UC Irvine, both with honors.
