Brian Hardingham

Senior Attorney at Public Justice

Brian Hardingham is a Debtors' Prison Project Attorney at Public Justice since October 2016. Prior to that, Brian served as a Kazan-Budd Attorney. Brian has a background in law, with experience as a Law Clerk at both the United States District Court for the Central District of California and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Brian also worked as an Attorney at Weitz & Luxenberg and as a Legal Intern at the American Civil Liberties Union of Southern California. In addition, Brian has experience as a Summer Associate at Emery Celli Brinckerhoff & Abady and as a Field Organizer for Obama for America. Brian holds a J.D. from UC Irvine and a B.A. in History from Columbia University.
