Alina Dumitrașcu

Alina Dumitrașcu, PhD has an extensive work experience in the legal and corporate affairs field. Alina started their career as a Senior Lawyer at the "Dumitrascu Alina" Law Office in 2002. Alina then moved on to roles in the Romanian Energy Regulatory Authority, where they served as a Legal Adviser and later as the Head of the Legal Department. In 2010, they joined Enel România as the Head of Legal and Corporate Affairs, and later became a part of the Enel Group, where they held the position of Head of Network Technology, Development, and Commercial Operation Legal Assistance. Most recently, they were the Head of Legal and Corporate Affairs in Romania at Enel România, before becoming the Head of Legal and Corporate Affairs Romania at PPC S.A. in 2023.

Alina Dumitrașcu, PhD, completed their Bachelor's Degree at The Nicolae Titulescu University of Bucharest from 1995 to 1999. Alina then pursued Post-graduation studies in International Private Law at the University of Bucharest from 2000 to 2001. Alina earned their Master of Laws (LL.M) from the University of Bucharest in 2003 and their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Academia de Studii Economice din București from 2003 to 2005. Alina later obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Law from the University of Bucharest between 2005 and 2010. Additionally, they completed the European Women on Boards - C-Level School program in 2021 and holds a certification as an Alumni from the Aspen Institute Romania.
