Nancy Oikonomakou

Nancy Oikonomakou has an extensive work experience in the telecommunications sector. Nancy began their career at WIND Hellas in 2009, holding various roles in marketing, customer care, and retention until 2017. Nancy then moved to Vodafone, where they served as a CVM Product Manager before progressing to roles as a Reactive Retention Lead, Digital Product Owner, and Base Engagement Product Owner. Currently, Nancy is Head of CRM & Loyalty at PPC S.A. Their expertise lies in customer retention, CRM activities, and product management.

Nancy Oikonomakou completed their Bachelor of Mathematics degree at the University of Ioannina from 2001 to 2008. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management at Hellenic Open University from 2022 to 2025. Nancy also holds a certification in IBM SPSS Modeler and data mining.
