Angelica Montes

Angelica Montes has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Angelica started their career as a General Manager at Panda Express from August 2009 to February 2011. Angelica then worked as a TV Host for Steppin' Out Spokane (Big Tree Entertainment) from September 2008 to June 2012. Following that, they were a Customer Care Support Specialist at Sterling Savings Bank from May 2011 to June 2013. Angelica then worked as a Teller at Wells Fargo from July 2013 to February 2014. Angelica also had a role as a Wine Club Specialist at Lake Chelan Winery from February 2014 to May 2015. From August 2015 to February 2018, they worked at Eastern Washington University as a Regional Admissions Representative. Angelica then joined Public School Employees of Washington, where they held several roles including Field Services Assistant from February 2018 to September 2018, Field Representative/Admin Organizer from September 2018 to September 2021, and most recently, Associate Director of Strategic Research starting in September 2021.

Angelica Montes pursued their education in the field of Communications. Angelica first obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications Studies with a focus on Public Relations from Eastern Washington University, which spanned from 2005 to 2009. Later, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Communications and Leadership Studies at Gonzaga University, from 2014 to 2016. Additionally, Angelica Montes has acquired several certifications to advance their professional skills, including the Institute of Organization Management certification from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce in June 2023, the Data Analytics 360 certification from Cornell University in November 2022, and the Leadership Essentials Certificate from Cornell University in March 2022.
