David McKinley

David McKinley has extensive experience in technology sourcing and recruitment within the public sector, currently serving as Principal Technology Sourcing Specialist at Public Sector Resourcing since May 2018. In this role, David focuses on attracting top talent for Digital and Technology positions across over 100 government organizations, collaborating closely with senior hiring managers. Previously, David held various sourcing and project management roles at Ingeus and Technisource Ltd, where responsibilities included business development and recruitment coordination. David also has a background in education as an ESL English Teacher and administrative roles early in the career. David holds a degree in Business Finance and Investment from Ulster University.
