Ahmed Elsayed

Ahmed Elsayed has extensive experience in IT security and network administration, currently serving in an IT Security role at PSEG since May 2014. Responsibilities include managing antivirus systems, public key infrastructure, and vulnerability scanning, along with ensuring compliance with NERC CIP and facilitating end-user communication. Previously, Ahmed held positions as an IT Security Engineer Intern and Data Security Analyst, gaining skills in malware detection, network troubleshooting, and hardware repair. Early career roles included assisting as a Network Administrator Assistant at Denville Township Schools and providing tutoring in various subjects at Mercer County Community College. Ahmed holds both a Master's and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
