Lukasz Kubas

Lukasz Kubas is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of IT/OT at PSEG, where responsibilities include managing a diverse team of 54 individuals to oversee mission-critical technology and infrastructure supporting PSE&G. With a strong background in utility technologies, Lukasz has held various roles at PSEG, including Sr Principal Tech Product Consultant, where leadership of DSCADA enhancements and alignment of product initiatives with business outcomes were key responsibilities. Additional experience includes maintaining distribution SCADA systems as Principal Staff Engineer and developing remote terminal unit settings in an earlier position. Prior to PSEG, Lukasz held project management roles at Allstate Sales Group and Byers Engineering, focusing on operational technologies and engineering supervision, respectively. Academic achievements include an MBA in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and a bachelor's degree from Kean University.
