Rich Brenton

Rich Brenton, PMP, serves as Sr. Director of Project Services at PSEG since August 2021, leading IT EPMO teams and implementing project management best practices to enhance the efficiency of IT projects. Rich provides oversight for large capital projects, ensuring resource allocation, meeting SLAs, and mentoring team members. Prior to PSEG, Rich held the role of Enterprise Program Transformation Consultant at Exelon, focusing on developing processes to enhance portfolio program capabilities. As the Director of Customer Success at IDMWORKS, Rich managed a $30 million portfolio and implemented best practices to improve project margins and customer satisfaction. Rich's experience also includes roles at PJM Interconnection as a Product Owner and Sr. Solutions Architect, and earlier positions at EcomXML and IQ Group. Rich holds an MBA from Villanova University and a BS from Drexel University in Commerce & Engineering.
