Sheila Rostiac serves as the Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer, and Chief Diversity Officer at PSEG, where a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion drives initiatives to enhance employee experience and develop a strategic talent pipeline. Previous roles at PSEG include Vice President of Total Rewards and Talent Management, where efforts were focused on compensation, benefits, and talent management, and Director of Human Resources, partnering with top executives across various functions. In addition to PSEG, Sheila Rostiac chairs the Board of the Center for Energy Workforce Development and the Audit Committee for the Drumthwacket Foundation.
